Review of Reporting in the Sustainability Product

Included in the Sustainability product license.

When reporting emissions data, reviewing the data collected is a key part of the work process, to ensure that the organization has reported correctly. To better support this step in the process, we have now developed the ability to review and approve the reporting directly in the platform.

• Review and approve per key figure / measure in follow-up window and object window
• Approved reporting is locked and can only be adjusted by users with special authorization
• See which KPIs / measures have been reviewed

The support will initially only be possible to activate for products within Sustainability but will later be available for all products in the platform.

Ability to Export to Word

We have now enabled support for exporting data to Word in the new view. You can find the option together with the Excel export in the top toolbar.

• The ability to export view table data to Word
• Updated template with new look
• When exporting three or more columns, the format is automatically adjusted to "landscape"

The export currently has both temporary and more permanent limitations. You can read more about these in our manual.

Overview Mode: Improvement for Multiple Groupings

Released the week after Easter.

The purpose of the overview mode is to create overview and focus over selected data content; such as risks. The overview is grouped on one or two levels, such as process and sub-process, to give an overview of the number of risks within a process. We have now gathered some feedback and will release some improvements in the future to create an even better overview.

The first improvement is that all content is now visible when grouped on two levels. Previously, only content linked to the lowest level of grouping, such as sub-processes, was shown.
Now, all content related to the selected grouping levels will be shown instead, for example, even the risks that are directly linked to a process.

New Message in the View when Making Changes in the Object Window

To improve the user experience when working in the object window, we have developed a new design for the messages that appear when, for example, changes are saved. The message has also been repositioned at the bottom of the screen. A less intrusive visual impression that we hope users like!
