Stratsys Assistant

Last week we launched Stratsys Assistant; an AI-based feature that makes it easier to find answers to common questions about Stratsys directly in the platform. Designed to provide quick and easy help in your daily work, the Assistant is based on information from our manual and FAQ, allowing it to answer questions about Stratsys features and how to use them.

Answers based on the Stratsys manual and FAQ - for example how to create a key figure or gadget
Help administrators - with questions about features and settings
Simplify work - by quickly guiding you to the right solution

The wizard is available to all our customers and users and can be accessed via the Communication Area.

Tabs on Dashboards for Targeted Overview

Tentatively released in February

We will soon be releasing the possibility to create multiple dashboards within a single product using tabs. The purpose is to enable better customization of content (gadgets) based on the information needs of different target groups, and at the same time strengthen the overview as the content can be divided into different dashboards and thus become easier to overview.

The function will be rolled out gradually to all customers starting in February.

Stratsys AI - Support for own Prompt when Summarizing

Requires license for Stratsys AI

Following valuable feedback, we are taking summary of underlying reporting to the next level by enabling customizations of AI-generated summaries.

Using a custom prompt, you can, for example, control the format or length of the text, thus achieving increased quality and a more efficient reporting process.

New Look in Stratsys Administration

The administration pages have now been given a visual boost in line with the design and colors already present throughout the platform. Bright and fresh!

Improved "To do" List

We have made major improvements to the "To Do" list in "My Work" to make it easier to get an overview and work efficiently directly in the list.

Ability to filter on governance model columns: quickly find and sort by relevant columns
Ability to group by product: Get a clear overview by grouping tasks based on products
Ability to report directly on cards: Report both data and comments without leaving the list

New View and Object Window
This development is included in the product license.

Improvements for Adding and Changing Connections for Objects

Released February 14

The management of connections such as a goal, measure or activity will soon be much easier in the new object window. To get a better overview and to make it easier to manage connections, the following improvements are released:

Connections are shown divided by product and control model to make it easier to find what you want to connect to
It is possible to group possible links by, for example, goal, process or activity.
It is possible to change the location and thus the order of the object in the current view

The functions also facilitate the creation of new objects where you select or copy from other products.

New and Improved Possibilities to Filter on Status and Color

It is now possible to filter views based on the status or color of different objects. The purpose is to facilitate focus for you as a user and streamline your work by being able to easily overview what you need to act on.

Ability to filter on the status of activity objects: Easily filter out activities with a certain status
Ability to filter on color for text and measurement objects: Easily filter out the status in the form of color on, for example, goals, key figures or control activities
Better focus that streamlines work: The ability to combine filters for different statuses and colors with each other makes it possible to effectively bring out what needs to be acted on, for example, everything that deviates

In connection with this, we have also gathered the settings for status and color filters in a separate section to make it easier for you to administer filters.

The improvements have been released to both new views and older views and reports and are activated by you as an administrator per view/report.

Manage Integrations Directly in the Object Window

To make it easier for all you customers who work a lot with integrations, we have moved the management of external codes to the object window. These settings were previously only managed in the administration.

Ability to view and change external code for the object, such as a measure or activity, in its entirety
Manage external codes for measure columns directly in the measure settings and get started faster with data loading

Improvements New Visualizations Dashboards

This development is included in the product license.

Extended Support for Measure Data in the "Total Distribution" Gadget

The gadget allows you to create an overview of how the status of your objects, such as risks and activities, is distributed.

Previously, there has been a limitation regarding which measure data can be visualized, where there has only been support for response option and risk data. Now we have expanded the support to also include measures with numerical data where the color is calculated automatically.

ESG Due Diligence

Improved Strategic Follow-up of Supplier Evaluation

When it comes to supplier monitoring, the most important thing for a purchasing manager, sustainability manager, controller or equivalent is usually an overview. As a part - a new "strategic layer" - in ESG Due Diligence it is now possible to follow up on questions like:

How are we aligned with current supplier due diligence frameworks?
What is the overall risk profile and can we do anything with our sourcing to address the risks?
What are the overall statistics for all elements of our supplier monitoring?

All Stratsys functionality is available, such as creating and following up on actions. The KPIs and risks that are relevant can also be linked to CSRD sustainability management.
