Every day, goods, information and logistics flows move through Martin & Servera’s operations. With around 3,500 employees, the family-owned group operates in a complex environment where purchasing, distribution and digital systems need to work together every day.
New requirements for coordination and control
As NIS2 approached, it became clear that the work needed to be brought together in a common structure. Martin & Servera saw an opportunity to bring information security, GDPR and risk management together in one GRC platform.
For the company’s CISO, Anders Björklund, the challenge was not only about new regulatory requirements. With several management systems and hundreds of suppliers, the need for common processes and a clearer overall picture grew.
