7. AI-driven functions
7.1 Stratsys AI is an optional service within the Platform that offers AI-driven functions based on the data and needs provided by the Customer. This section 7 applies if the Customer activates Stratsys AI and takes precedence with respect to matters specifically concerning Stratsys AI.
7.2 The Platform includes a basic package for the use of AI functions. If usage exceeds the scope of the basic package or any other separately agreed scope, prices according to the Agreement or the current price list shall apply. Stratsys has the right to introduce new AI functions with separate terms and pricing.
7.3 If the Customer’s use of Stratsys AI involves use beyond the agreed scope, occurs in violation of applicable terms, or risks affecting the functionality or performance of Stratsys AI or other Products, Stratsys has the right to temporarily limit or suspend access to Stratsys AI. Such action may only be taken in the event of misuse or use outside the intended purpose of the Service, and not in cases of normal use in accordance with the Agreement. Stratsys shall, without undue delay, contact the Customer to initiate a dialogue regarding continued use. Access will be restored once the Customer has taken the necessary measures to ensure that the use complies with the applicable terms.
7.4 The Customer is responsible for ensuring that data entered into Stratsys AI does not violate applicable law and does not contain personal data or sensitive data. Stratsys does not review or monitor the content entered into Stratsys AI. The Customer shall use Stratsys AI in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Stratsys security appendix. The Customer is responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated suggestions before use and ensuring that they are suitable for the intended purpose.
7.5 Stratsys is not liable for damages, intellectual property infringements, or any other claims of any kind arising from the Customer’s input or use of AI-generated content. Regardless of what otherwise follows from the Agreement, Stratsys is only liable for ensuring that Stratsys AI meets the technical requirements and service levels set out in the SLA and Stratsys security appendix.
13. Amendments
13.4 Stratsys has the right to amend the terms specifically applicable to Stratsys AI. The Customer shall be informed in good time before such amendment enters into force. If an amendment materially adversely affects the Customer, the Customer has the right to terminate the use of Stratsys AI at no additional cost.
