Administration
If you are a system administrator or local administrator in the Stratsys, the three gears give you access to the Administrationsgränsnittet where you as an administrator make settings for Stratsys functionality.
Activities
A task in the Stratsys is something that should be performed over a period of time with a defined start and end date. Activities provide status that shows how work on them continues. Closed activities are often filtered out of a view. In addition to the task's time period, some record dates can also be entered. At the end date and on the reconciliation date, the managers can receive reminders from the system. Read more under Activity nodes.
Activity nodes
A aktivitetsnode is often defined as a planned special effort to improve the performance of the target (text node). Read more under Activity nodes.
And-Logic
Used to filter out measures that have no values in all columns covered by the measurement data filter.
Annual wheel
The annual wheel is a tool that makes it easy to keep up to date with the most important timings for meetings, financial statements, reports and more for a variety of units in the same year. In the annual wheel, you can create a new manual annual wheel, add an existing annual wheel that was previously created, or base the yearly wheel on a view and view the current nodes of the view at the unit level you are standing on. Read more under Gadgets/Annual wheel.
B
C
Checklists
You can create checklists for the current entities to report data by choosing between predefined answers. These can then be easily followed up in views and reports in the form of diagrams or different types of summaries.
Charts
Charts are used to visualize data in Stratsys for different measurements. Charts are divided into two tabs where you can do:
Settings you make here affect the setting options that users can access when they use charts in views.
Columns
Used to divide the data into one view and the work process in several steps so that you can see how, for example, A Vision/goal has been broken down at the strategic and operational level. Read more under Scorecards/Columns.
Comment templates
Comment templates is a function to preseeding which text is visible in a comment when the user starts typing. The template is intended only as a support for reporting, and users can choose whether to template text or not when the comment is written. Read more under Comment settings.
Consolidation
Consolidation involves compiling or merging information into a joint report. In Stratsys, we use concepts to describe how, for example, measures and Aktivitetsnoder can be copied down from their main unit to underlying reporting units and then compile the results of their reporting on the top node via so-called Consolidation formulas
Consolidation fields
Consolidation fields make it easier to add and adjust information in consolidation chains. This feature means that a change made to the node at the top of a consolidation chain will have an effect throughout the consolidation chain.
COUPLINGS/Coupling branches
Joins in Stratsys means that the relationship between nodes in two or more Scorecard columns. Connections always occur from right to left between the nodes in the Scorecard columns of a view. This means first creating nodes in the first column on the left, then joining nodes in the next column in the view against these, and so on, and so on, the connection rules for how nodes can be linked between different columns in the scorecard are controlled by the heading scorecards in Administrator interface.
Contributors
Users who are added as contributors are always allowed to report on the report. Such a case may be if the user becomes a reporter on a unit that is above the person's usual permission. In this case, the user will still be able to report on the report.
D
Dashboard
is the page that the user is faced with immediately after logging in and which is the starting point for moving forward in Stratsys. This page shows the user's responsibility for nodes and reports, but also Årshjul and other overall information.
A Dashboard is a home page that gathers and presents information to give you a manageable overview of your activities, metrics, goals and reports. For example, it can be used as a home page, landing page, or analysis page. From the beginning, the dashboard is completely empty, and is then built with so-called "gadgets" that are added to the page.Task and measure reporting table, Report, årshjul, Links Bulletin board Or Pictures.
To add a Gadget to the dashboard, you must belong to a permission set that is a Global administrator. As a local administrator, you can only change existing gadgets. To reach a dashboardsida to administer it, it must be in a menu.
Description fields
Description fields in the Stratsys are used to convey information in a nodpopup regarding various forms of reporting. For example, a description field can be Include a direct instruction on how the user is expected to report in the node, why a metric is used, the weight of the organisation, etc. read more under Description fields.
Unit selector
Above the menu bar, you will find the unit selector, using the drop down menu of the unit selector, you can switch the unit you are on in the Stratsys (in the image "city Council"). The units that a particular user has access depend on the rating level. Your permissions may also vary depending on the unit you are on and the permission set you belong to.
Units
Units include the choices that are below the unit selector. These can be changed through the tab Organization Where you place units under unit groups.
Department groups
You can divide your units into different unit groups to more easily administer them as a cohesive entity in a particular situation. For example, it could be a unit group where only the administrative level of the municipality should be included or a unit group for all kindergartens from different rektorsområden. This is useful if, for example, you want to set different default filters in the views of different levels in the organization hierarchy. Read more under Department groups.
E
Exportview (Exportview settings)
With Exportview settings you can export data from Stratsys to other systems in a general way. To define what is to be exported you build up a so-called exportvy. The data in the view can then be exported to a Tabbseparated file or a JSON file that can be imported to other systems.
F
Filter
In the view, you can choose which information is displayed by default when a user visits the view, you can also choose the possibilities the user should be given to filter about the information in the view. Read more under Filter, Filter funnel, Favorite filter & Standard filter.
G
Gadgets
Used on home Pages/dashboards and landing pages to populate these with the user useful information such as Annual wheel, reporting table filters, bulletin board and others.
Gantt-chart
A gantt chart is a graphical representation of the activities planned during the current year. The tasks are displayed horizontally, showing each task's implementation time, start and finish dates, and status.
H
Helpcenter
Via The green question mark on the top right of the Stratsys you will find good aids such as FAQ, Online Manual, contacts to see local contact persons and your system administrator (s).
I
Indicator groups
Indicator groups are used when you want users to be able to choose from predefined options when they report in a table cell in a report. Read more under Indicator groups.
J
K.
Keywords
Keywords are a feature that involves noticing nodes with specific concepts. The keywords create more possibilities for filtering and sorting information in views and report parts.
Keyword groups
Here, you can create keyword groups and add a collection of keywords to them. It is possible to set which levels in the scorecard will have which keyword groups and whether the keywords should apply to the entire node or whether they should be set per period.
L
Landing page
Usually used in conjunction with the submenu gadget, which then lists all the underlying views with descriptive text similar to a table of contents.
Look
This adjusts the appearance of the system so that the layout matches your graphic profile.
M
Menu
A menu can be built up of dashboards, views, control rooms, Report page and/or external pages and can also retrieve information from the entire database, i.e. views from different scorecards can be in the same menu. Ribbon can be visualized in process form or not and you can delete a menu without deleting information in the nodes. The user's permission controls which menus they have access to. You can create multiple menus for different types of users.
Menulist
The black board that extends from left to right in the picture is your Menylist, which contains all the views added for the menu selected in the menu selector in the "Microsoft Power BI" image. In your organization, you can choose whether you want to use one or more menus. A menu is a collection of Views, Report And Dashboards.
Menu selector
To the right of the menu bar you will find the menu selector, via this drop down menu you can choose between the menus that your permission gives you access to in the Stratsys.
Mesurment data
Mesurment data refers to the data in the form of numbers/text specified for each data column in a KPI node. The Mesurment data can be used for calculations between different columns of data and can be recognized directly in the view as needed for easier reporting and visualization.
Measurement columns
Here you can change existing and add new types of measurement columns. The measurement columns can then be selected when you create a standard measure or customize the measure in a node. It Name You specify for the measure columns are displayed under Inställningsfliken For a measure when a measure column should contain Response options. Read more under Measurements columns.
Measure nodes (KPI nodes)
In a Measure nodes, values that are associated with a measure are saved. Measures are often used as a way of measuring how well the organization reaches a defined target (text node). In Stratsys, measurements are used to measure something with a certain periodic interval. A Measure node has all the elements Text node have. In addition, the columns where users can report different values at regular intervals. Read more under Measure nodes.
Metrics
Metrics is another word for Measure nodes (KPI nodes) and is used to track reported data in Stratsys. We always let you as a customer use the desired terminology and you have the full possibility to rename all terms via Sråkinställningarna in Stratsys administrator interface.
Main unit (for nodes)
When a node is created on an organizational unit, it becomes the main entity of that node. From here, the node can be visible or distributed down to underlying units. You can change a nods master drive up or down in the organization tree.
N
Nodes
(Grey boxes) Is your indicator, goal, Vision, ratios, area, self-control, action, and more. You have free hands to term these in accordance with your organisationstermologi. But in Stratsys, the DOM is named nodes and comes in 3 different forms textual, dimensional and Aktivitetsnoder and the functionality is as it sounds.
Node settings
All the information contained in a node can be displayed directly in the view, you do this by settingmenu of the node for each scorecard column, and then the nodes in that column are displayed accordingly. Read more under Node settings.
O
Or logic
Or logic, for example, is to use between multiple options in the same keyword group or between several different keyword groups in the same scorecard column. Enabling this setting means that nodes that contain keywords from at least one of the keyword groups present in the view will be displayed.
Organization
Under Organization , you can create units and specify where to reside in the organizational structure. You can also specify default contributors for each unit. There is an organizational structure for the current year and one for the planning version. If you want to make organizational changes, you must first make sure that you are in the correct version. Read more under Organization.
P
Periodicity
A periodicity in the system means a frequency of how often something is to be followed up. A periodicity is used in many places in the tool, for example when filtering in views and reports, and when commenting. The periodicity includes different periods in the form of trimester, quarter, year, etc. Read more under Periodicity and deadlines.
Process menu
In a Process menu, you can control which version users will get to when they click a Ribbon (this applies to both the main tabs and the Undermenyflikarna). This can make it easier for unsupported users who otherwise risk making changes to the wrong version when planning work is active.
Enabling process appearance for a menu means that the ribbon gets a pilutseende that makes it easier to visualize a process in the menu for users. Read more under Process menus.
Preparation phase
Preparation phase is added as a further step between reporting and ready in the reporting process. The preparatory phase is intended to be used as a benchmark for boards, boards or other bodies to be required to write a formal decision, comment or similar.
Q
R
Report
The report page displays all the current reports for the unit you are on. There are three types of reports to choose from, standing report, tree structure and table. In a recurring structure of reports, a template can be created to avoid continually recreating reports manually.
Report catagories
You can sort reports into different categories. The categories appear on the report page — that is, the page that collects all the reports in a database, and related reports during.

Red Thread
The red thread is a Vinsingsläge for the information in a view. The main part of Visiningsläget is that it is easy and clear how the target degradation looks from the management right out to the operational part of the organization. Another advantage worth mentioning is that the view makes it easy to reconnect nodes within a scorecard column in the view.
Responsibility roles
Responsibility roles control the responsibilities of different users in the system. Responsibility roles have nothing to do with unit group rights. Unlike a unit group right, the responsibility role governs in more detail exactly what a user is responsible for in a node.
Responsibility roles are used to allow multiple people to be responsible for different areas of the same target/measure/aktivitetsnod. Other users can see who to contact with EV. Questions and managers can get a clear list of their responsibilities in the form of reminders on the Start Page/dashboard and in e-mail messages. Read more under Responsibility roles.
S
SSO
Single sign On (SSO) facilitates users ' everyday life with automatic sign-in. By getting directly into the system the experience improves and the user becomes happier and more motivated to start working in the system. Also reduces the feeling that you work in several different systems. If Tex Årshjul is linked to the customer's intranet, the user can click on the actions in the system and come directly into the Stratsys and follow up on the system without having to log in every time.
Status
The Status is used to show how work on an activity progresses. For example, you can choose to display the status in views and EV. Filter a view or report part to show only tasks with a selected status. Read more under Activity settings.
Standard reporter
To speed up your planning work, you can define which users will automatically be added as managers in each Responsibility roles. Each unit can have one or more default operators. These people will automatically be responsible for new nodes that are created on or pushed down to the unit. It is possible to administer the standard contributors per unit under organization/standard contributors and standard operators of one unit or per Users. Read more under Organization/ Standard Reporter.
Scorecards
Scorecards are a method of controlling organizations and companies. The scorecard must be adapted for the specific company's relationships, including in terms of market and internal organisational conditions. The Balanced Scorecard is based on the company's vision that is broken down into different strategic goals, based on the company's important perspective. The next step is to identify the factors necessary to meet the strategic objectives, known as critical success factors. After that, measurements are taken to show the degree to which success factors have been met.
This is the very heart of Stratsys and is the foundation stone that you build your business plan, SOSF's internal control, etc. in Stratsys. You typically create a scorecard per project/worker process. Read more under Scorecards/Columns.
Scorecard columns
Used to divide the data into one view and the work process in several steps so that you can see how, for example, A Vision/goal has been broken down at the strategic and operational level. Read more under Scorecards/Columns.
Source System & External codes
An external source system must be present in the Stratsys in order to create integration with another source system. To an external system, external codes also need to be created to map units, measures, and measure columns in the Stratsys with units, measures, and measure columns in the source system. Read more under source system and external codes.
Standard KPI
A Standard KPI contains a basic structure for all general settings related to the dimensions of the chart settings. The measurement template defines the content for the cost. This makes settings for periodicity and measure columns. The cost is represented by a measure that is created from the template and placed in the scorecards cost column when the task is created. The measure gets a connection to the task and the same visibility as the activity. The dimension template has the same name as the cost it represents. Read more under Standard KPI.
Style template for tables
Sets how the default appearance should be on the tables that are created directly in reports, or by pasting from Excel. It is possible to have different style templates for different purposes. Users who create tables are allowed to choose a style template, but can then deviate from the template and make their own appearance settings if they want. A preset utseendemall makes it easier to add new tables to a report, when you can get presets directly into the new table here, you can set everything related to tables in a report, such as colors in cells, text alignment, and Unit added row Settings
T
Textnodes
A text node stores text. Type nodes are advantageously used in the first columns of a scorecard. Typically, the nodes are added during a planning phase and are typically created at the top or one of the higher-level entities in the organization.
Tree & Table View
The view displays the information in the tree structure of a table. Typically used in uppföljningsvyer that provide greater visibility. The view can be exported to Word, PDF and Excel. Summary and subtotals. One advantage of using the display mode is that the information compilation is compact but leaves room to see which nodes in the högerled are connected to each other. So it becomes extra clear exmepelvis which activities are connected to which measure in the view.
U
Users
Here you can see a list of all current and past users in the system. Either the user who is added through this interface or they can be synced from e.g. Your Active Directory. If users are added directly to Stratsys, you can add new and modify existing users on this page. You can also use the search function to search for a selection of users. You can also see how different licenses are used by different units in your organization. Read more under Users.
User groups
This permission controls what you can do in the tool, for example, which menus the user can enter, which columns the user is allowed to work in, and how the user is allowed to work in reports. A user always has a main permission and can have extrabehörigheter. Permission sets control permissions for a large or small group of users, and you can easily adjust permissions for many users. Read more under User groups.
V
Version management
Stratsys Version manage Databases once a year. This means that the current current version is archived, and that the planning version will instead be the current version with a new planning version added.
Versions selector
The version selector is located to the right of the unit selector, here you can specify which version you should stand in, the operating version or the planning version. The latter presents the next year's version of how it intends to work in the organisation.
View mode
View mode is a collection term for all the different ways that you can display information in a view. To support all aspects of a worker process, there are a variety of display modes all with their distinctive advantages such as Gantt view, table view, Red Trådenvyn and others.
Views
Visualizes the scorecard and its columns with the nodes that are in each column. You can create the number of views based on a scorecard as desired, and display just as many of the scorecard columns as you want.
