Follow-up periodicity
Use measure's own periodicity for measure comments
Here you set up comments for KPI node to always have the same periodicity as KPI node. This setting applies to all measure columns in the system. KPI nodes frequency is always controlled by the setting under the tab Settings The Nodens Ändrafönster. If this option is enabled, the comments of this periodicity are also controlled. If this option is not enabled, the frequency of comments is controlled instead of the scorecard column setting.

Visibility
A comment is visible to all units And One comment for each unit Controls whether comments are visible to all units or whether they are visible only on the unit where they are written. This setting applies to all the nodes of a node and, in rare cases, to measures or activities if you have chosen to make them visible instead of using consolidation. This setting can also affect your Keyword groups.

Text limits
Limit text length for comments
Here you can select the maximum number of characters to enter in a comment. When a user writes a comment that tangents to the maximum number of characters, she/he is notified that the comment's maximum has been reached. It is then not possible to write more.

Time lock
Here you can set comments to be locked for editing after the deadline has passed. See Periodicity and deadlines.

For example, you can create two different views where users in a view are allowed to write summary comments and a view where they report common comments or, for example, a analyseringskommentar. If you want the comment type to appear directly in the view, select it as a node property in the view settings. There, you also select which comment type to display in the reporting mode of the nodes (typed comment for the column in the view).

Likewise, you can select which comment type you want to add to a report part in a report.

There are two generic comment types that can be renamed but cannot be deleted. These two are marked with a Thumbtack In the list of comment types. Planning comment is designed specifically for comments in planning versions. It has always årsperiodicitet and the same period the version is attached to.

Add a new comment type
