Filter settings
You can access the filter settings in the same way as the default filter settings, after you click Filter settings under Advanced Settings, you will reach the below filtering categories. Here you can now specify which filtering options you want to see in the default filter, then set the default filter to what they should be set to filter the view on from the beginning.

The image below shows filtering directly in the view of Fritext And Columns. To the right shows Funnel That opens the other filtering options that are enabled for this view. If the funnel is blue, it means that the user has made a self-filtering in addition to what is already set in Standard filter.

The filter settings are divided into 7 different groups:

General

Filtering options with this symbol are not applicable on report parts.

Organizationfilter
View filters to include underlying units
If this setting is turned on, it is possible to filter at the underlying levels of the Standardfilter And in Vyfiltret . This means that the nodes that are on the underlying units will be collected in the report.

Select column for which underlying filtering should be done
Here you can choose whether to apply the underlying filtering to all columns or just for a particular one.

Obs! When you choose to filter only on a single column in the underlying filter, the view will not display nodes at the underlying levels if they do not have a connection to a node that is at the unit level where you are at the point of filtering.

Include the following unit group in the filter
It is also possible to choose to include underlying from a specific unit group. See Department groups. This means that all nodes from the different units in the unit group will be captured in the view.

Show filters to filter out underlying comments
Works the same way as Show filters to include underlying units, but only the comments are filtered out. Under each comment, in parentheses, the unit that the comment is written in is displayed. This function is used for targets that are synliggjorda to multiple underlying units. The result can then be easily presented on a overlying unit.

Periodfilter
Select period for date filtering
The options in the list are based on the periods you defined during Periodicity and deadlines.

Always make visible
When this option is selected, the period filter is always visible directly in the view. You must also have selected a period for the filter to appear in the view.

Columnfilter
Show filters to hide columns
Enables the ability to hide one or more columns in the View/Report part. In a single view or report part, this can be used to use different Standardfilter control so that, for example, boards see special columns and entities other columns.

Always make visible
When this option is selected, the column filter is always visible directly in the view.

Obs! To make the column filter visible directly in the view, you also need to enable Show filters to hide columns.

Propertiesfilter
Choose which columns to display in the filter.
The filter is used in views and report parts to filter out certain Nodetype settings For units where they are not relevant (by defining it in the units ' current Standardfilter).

Namefilter

Filtering options with this symbol are not applicable on report parts.

Namefilter
Allows you to select multiple names in the name filter
Enables the ability to tick multiple names to be filtered at the same time in the default filter. This setting applies to the name filter for all columns in the view at the same time.

Search function in namefiltret
The name filter provides the ability to search among the nodes in the filter to better handle large amounts of information. The search field is also found in many of our other search functions to facilitate even where such as for example. Keywords.

Only the join branches that meet the name filtering should be displayed
Clicking this option means that all the join branches that you filter through a name filter that does not contain the name you are filtering on will be hidden. This is appropriate for views where there is a lot of information associated with each connector branch, and where you may therefore want to filter out parts of the join branches or branches that are completely missing the name.

Example without hiding the join branches when a task is filtered out:

Example where connection branches are hidden when a task is filtered forward:

Free-text filtrering
Select column for free-text filtering to be done on
To allow free text filtering, you have the option to choose whether it applies to all columns or only to a selected one.

Always make visible
Select this option if you want free-text filtering to always be visible directly in the view.

Obs! You also need to choose which columns to apply the free text filtering to under Select column for free-text filtering to be done on.

Select columns to filter on
If one or more columns are selected in this option, you are given the option to filter by the names of all the nodes that are available in the current columns.

Obs! If you want it to be possible to select multiple node names at once, you also need to enable Allows you to select multiple names in the name filter.

Keyword filter

Filtering options with this symbol are not applicable on report parts.

General Settings
Generic keyword filter that goes against all columns
If this setting is turned on, all nodes to be displayed in the view or report must be tagged with the specific keyword.

Keyword filters for individual columns
If you want keyword filtering to apply to only one or two columns, this is the right option. The keyword groups you choose to filter with will be displayed in Standard filter and Vyfiltret After each column.

The picture example on the right shows a view filters impact where the measure column Indicators can be filtered by Keyword groups Performed by:. This setting tells you to select only one keyword at a time.

Use "or-logic" between filters for different keyword groups in the same column
If you use multiple keyword groups in the same column, you can control whether only one keyword must be in the same node for it to appear after filtering or whether multiple keyword requirements must be met. If the option is ticked, it means that you can filter on multiple keyword requirements at the same time.

Or logic, for example, is to use between multiple options in the same keyword group or between several different keyword groups in the same scorecard column. In the image example, the measure column uses Indicators Filtering for two different keyword groups with or logic. If the user wants to see all nodes performed by Bengt Andersson independently of the Key indicators Filter as shown in the image below. However, the user wants to see all nodes performed by Bengt Or Use a special keyword under key ratios, she/he also selects an option in the Dropdownlistan.

Connection branches that do not contain keywords that are filtered out should be hidden
A connection branch consists of the chain of nodes from the first target node to the last Aktvitets or måttnoden (see picture example below).

Example: For example, the view or report part contains three columns (such as goal, measure, activity). Keyword filtering is done in the example column 3 (Task). Activity 1.2.1 Contains the keyword we want to filter out while the 1.1.1 activity does not. In this example, both the 1.1 dimension and the 1.1.1 activity will be hidden because the keyword is missing from the entire join branch.

If you want the 1.1 to come by, please check out this setting. If this option is not selected, nodes will always appear to the left of the column that have keyword filtering.

na

Allows you to select multiple keywords per keyword group
In the filter you will be able to select several keywords to be filtered out. If multiple keywords are selected, all of them need to be in the node for it to be filtered out.

Obs! Do you want nodes that contain a Or Several of the selected keywords will be displayed, you can activate Use "or-logic" between filters for different keyword groups in the same column.

Choose which keyword groups there should be filters for
The keyword groups you tick here will be shown in the filter. You will then be able to choose which keywords you want to filter out from the respective keyword group. See Keyword groups.

Responsability roles

Filtering options with this symbol are not applicable on report parts.

General Settings

Use "or logic" between filters for different responsibility roles in the same column
If you use multiple responsibility roles in the same column, you can control so that several responsible people must be in the same node for it to appear after filtering. It is also possible to choose that a manager from one responsibility role must be included, but that there is no limit based on the other responsibility role and vice versa. See another example explaining "or logic" in the image and the text of Egenfiltrering.

Choose which responsibility roles to filter on for each column
Whether you use one or more of the responsibility roles in the same column, you can choose which of them to filter on.

When filtering in a view, you can also select Egenfiltrering for any column. Then there is the possibility to filter out only what the current user is responsible for. The example picture shows a responsibility filtering for an optional manager (Ulf Bengtsson) and the logged-in user. The "or logic" setting controls whether only one or both of these criteria need to be met for the measure to be filtered out in the view.

Enable responsible filters with the following main unit
This setting filters out all the nodes that someone on the current unit is responsible for. For the setting to work correctly, the filters for the underlying units are turned on (see Filter settings: General) And all nodes are displayed.

Activity filter

Filtering options with this symbol are not applicable on report parts.

General
Select column for which status filtering can be done
Here you can set whether to make filtering with respect to status.

Allows you to select multiple statuses in the status filter
Dropdownlistan of statuses displays check boxes so that more statuses can be selected at the same time.

Select column for priority filtering to be done on
Allows you to select the Task column for which priority filtering can be made. is enabled, you can filter on priority in Standard filter For both views and report parts. The priorities that can be filtered are set during the Task settings and priorities.

Date
Select the column that start date filtering can be done on
Here you can select which task column to filter on based on the start date of the tasks. option is enabled, you can filter on the start date in the Standard filter For views and report parts. Users can choose whether to fill in an interval or only a start date. If even Include activities that cross the start and end date intervals is checked, only one field for the start date and one for the end date are visible.

Select the column for which the end date filtering can be done on
Here you can select which task column to filter on based on the end date of the tasks. option is enabled, it is possible to filter on end dates in the default filter for views and report parts. Users can choose whether to fill in a range or just an end date. If even Include activities that cross the start and end date intervals is checked, only one field for the start date and one for the end date are visible.

Include activities that cross the start and end date intervals
If you need to be able to filter out tasks that are in a specific time interval where start or finish dates are not necessarily within the range, use this function. Filtering results in activities that begin within the range, end within the range, or begin and end outside the range but are in progress within the range. For filtering to work, the user needs to fill a start date and end date.

Select columns for which filtering on the record date can be done on
Here you can select the task columns that you want to be able to filter on the record date. If the option is enabled, you can filter on a record date date in the Standard filter For views and report parts.

Select column for start and end date filtering in the period

Always let the start date of the period be January 1

KPI filter

Filtering options with this symbol are applicable on views but not report parts.

Enable Filter for Measure columns
Select this option to filter for only metrics that have been given a specific answer option (columns of data where users select predefined options from a dropdownlista instead of entering their own values, see Measurements columns). In the default filter for views or report parts, choose which values to filter. Only one of the values can be found for the measure to appear.

Measure data Values Filter
The measure filter allows users to filter a view to show only metrics with reported values based on an optional minimum and/or maximum value in a named Nodkolumn (ex. bleed). Users can also choose whether to include or exclude measures without values in the filtering.

Click the Add And then select the column and measure column filtering to apply to. If you use many different measure columns in the same view, you can type the initial letters of the measure column name and then choose between the columns that are in the view. In this way you reduce the risk of EV. Typos. Finish by clicking Add. The example illustration shows the filtering capability as it appears in the default filter and in the viewfiltret. The filtering applies to a measure column that has the name Outcomes and located in a scorecard column called Metrics. Note that you can also control what happens to measures that have no values in this column.

Use and logic to exclude measurements without values
Used to filter out measures that have no values in all columns covered by the measurement data filter.
Obs! Therefore, if the measure has values in one of the measure columns that you choose to filter on in the view, the measure will be displayed even though the filter has been activated.

Periodicity filter
The periodicity filter means that it is possible to filter out all measurements with a certain periodicity. For example, the To show only the monthly measurements in a view or report part.

Other

Select the columns in which only nodes without children should be visible
If you choose to check any of the columns under this heading, only those nodes that have no node associated with them will be shown in the report. We recommend that you only use this in one column at a time.

Filter column for copies
Select column for which filtering on copied should be made
Here you can set the columns in which to filter forward or delete consolidated nodes. Used in views with underlying filtering.

Obs! Keep in mind that even the one associated with a copy will be filtered out if the copied nodes are excluded.

A node must exist on each branch
Enable filters for a node to exist on each branch
If you want only nodes that have nodes attached to them to appear, enable this setting. I Standard filter Then select the column (s) you want there to be a node. If you select multiple columns, all branches with a node in one of the selected columns are taken. This function cannot be used to indicate that a node must be in multiple columns at the same time.

Color filters and Color statistics
Choose a column for color filters to be made on and display color statistics. Enable this option if you want users to be able to filter a view based on the color nodes in the column that the color filtering refers to. Color filtering always refers to the nodes in only one column. The picture example shows a view called Activities. The view shows three scorecard columns: Areas, Objectives of the Board And Activities. The color filter is set on the column Activities. The view title shows the number of tasks using each color. Users can click a color to filter the view.

Main unit
Allows you to filter on the current drive. Only provides nodes that are created on the unit selected in the unit selector.
The main unit filter makes it possible to filter out all nodes that are created on another unit (or have their main drive moved to another drive). Thus, the main unit filter can be used to filter out nodes that are only visible to the current drive. If the filter is used in a report, nodes with the reporting entity are displayed as the main entity. If the filter is used in a view, nodes for the unit selected in the unit selector are displayed.

I Standard filter And in viewfilter Then you can choose which columns this will apply to.

The main unit filter includes all units selected in the Unit filter (for example, a level below, including underlying).
Also displays the underlying units as the main unit for underlying filtering.

View filters to sort information
View filters to sort information
You can choose which node property to sort the view by and whether it should be sorted ascending or descending. Applies only to Viewtyoes.
