Number of colors to be used

The default setting is three colors: red, yellow, and green, but it is also possible to choose four. In this case, besides red and green, light green and orange will also be displayed.

Enable attachments for text objects

This setting allows users with the appropriate permissions to upload or link attachments to the text node.

Color definitions

The definitions are displayed as a tooltip for users when they hover over a color. If no definitions are written, the color's name will be shown, or "None" if no color is specified."

Lock data for previous periods after the deadline has passed

If this option is enabled, the data fields for dates related to past reporting periods will be locked, turning the field gray and preventing value entry.

All users with reporting permissions, including both administrators and users, can unlock one period back in time. This is done by clicking on the padlock to the left of the locked period. The period will then be temporarily unlocked until the object is saved.

When 'Lock data for previous periods after the deadline has passed' is activated, administrators are simultaneously given the option to manually update data in the measurements Data tab.

No calculations are performed for data reported through 'Manually update data' via the edit window. Calculations that will not work as usual include consolidation formulas on the measurement tab Units and calculations for columns on the Settings tab.

Can only be used if 'Lock data for previous periods after the deadline has passed' is activated. If this setting is enabled, it will no longer be possible to unlock periods before the selected lock date. 

Even if the periods are locked, you as an administrator can unlock and manually enter data via the data tab in the edit window, but as mentioned above, no calculations will be performed on this reported data.

Centre measurement data. If right-justified (default)

Centers the KPI data that are displayed in columns in views. This setting does not affect the new Worspace view type, Report or Edit window datacolumns.

Hide and lock all columns in the current version from the planning start date onwards for users who do not have permission to see the planning

Restricts users from affecting the measurement in the planning version in cases where users do not have permissions to work in the planning version.

Mean value formulae for consolidation chain

• Of all departments which report value: This is the default setting. The average is based on the sum of all reporting units' values in the current consolidation chain.
• Of the level immediately below: Weighted average for units one level below, regardless of their respective underlying units' count. Used, for example, to obtain an average for committees that have a widely varying number of underlying units.
