Settings for a subnode
Number of colors to use
The default setting is three colors ( Red, Yellow, Green) But it is also possible to select Four. In addition to red and green, Green And Orange. In addition, users can always choose No.

Allows you to upload documents to text nodes
Tab Document Appears in the message nodes and provides users with the appropriate permissions ability to upload or link documents to the text node of the Ändrafönstret. See examples below. It is also possible for users to get directly to tab from a view of the Node properties Documenticon.

Color definitions
The definitions appear as a ToolTip for users when they point to a color. If you do not write any definitions, it will Red, Yellow, Green, Green And No.

Lock data for dates before reporting date
If this option is enabled, the data fields are locked for dates that are related to passed reporting periods. The following illustration shows what it looks like when reporting data in a måttnod. 2012 and 2011 are passed periods. You can click on the padlock to temporarily unlock a period back in time. The next time the node is opened, the period is locked again. Anyone who has permission to report on the node may unlock a period back in time. No calculations are performed for data that is reported in a period that has been locked by the padlock. Calculations that are affected are consolidation formulas on the KPI tab units and calculations for columns on the tab Settings.

When this option is enabled, administrators are given the opportunity to Manually Refresh Data in the KPIs Datatab.

This option can only be used if Lock data for dates before reporting date is enabled.

Center the KPI data in views. Deactivation provides alignment.
Centers the KPI data that are displayed in columns in views. This setting does not affect the adjustment in Report-OR Edit window datacolumns.

This is the default setting. The average is based on the sum of all reporting units ' values in the current consolidation chain.

Of the next underlying level
Weighted average units A level below independent of the number of their underlying units. Used, for example, to obtain an average for boards that have a wide number of underlying units.
