When a template is enabled, it is sent to the next phase of the reporting process: unit customization by template. The units to report now have their template to make adjustments in. The name of these templates is Enhetsanpassade rapportmallar. The report cannot be reported until it has been activated from Enhetsanpassning To Reporting. Is Settings For the opportunity to have the report go directly Structure in common template To Reporting.
To be able to change in a unit adapted template or enable it to report, you must have the permission Change unit-size templates. Is User groups
Headers from the report template
You cannot reorder or rename headings from the report template when you are in change structure in Enhetsmall, but if you have been granted permission to hide a title from the report template, you see the option Hide title on [current drive] When you click it. You cannot choose to hide only one table or only one text field from the report template.
Enhetsanpassad instruction
In unit customization, you can write unit-size instructions that are in addition to EV. General instructions are available to users when they do their reporting. You can write instructions for all texts and tables regardless of whether they are added to the report template or structure in the Enhetsmall. You can also type an instruction for the entire report if you first click the report name.
Add custom content to structure in Enhetsmall
You can add your own titles, text fields, and tables to your unit customization. These headings you can then choose to shoot down or ex. hide on your own unit the same way you do when you administer a template. See Build Common Template.
You can also add rows and columns to tables created in the report template (except in tables that are related to a report part ), but you cannot delete rows that were added to the report template or edit values added to cells in the report template.
In unit customization, you can create report parts that are relevant only to this particular branch in the organization tree (that is, the unit you selected or that you have permissions on and the units that are under that unit). Here, you create only report parts that you think no other part of your organization can benefit from than the entities that are in the same branch as the current entity. Although it is possible to copy a report part from the unit customization to the report template and vice versa, it is a good idea to place them right from the outset. Content manually added to the report part such as headlines, text fields, tables, supplemental texts or footnotes is not included with a copy.

You create and administer these report parts in the same way as the report parts in The structure of the common template. Is New report part
Feel free to consult your consultant if you would like to get help and tips on how to create reports that are good and easy to administrate!
Limitations
In the unit-size report template, you can Not:
- Delete the titles, text sections, and tables that are added to the common report template. You can hide only headings that you have been given the right to hide from the report template for your and EV. Underlying units.
- Change the order of headings, text sections, and tables added to the Common report template.
- Add headings, text sections, and tables before or in the middle of the heading structures created in the Common report template, unless this is actively enabled in the report's settings. See Reports/settings .
To edit in a unit adapted template, click on the button Change structure in Enhetsmall Under unit personalization on the report page.
Once you have accessed the unit administration, you will see, on the left, the entire content structure built up in the common report template. By default, two heading levels are displayed. If there are more heading levels, these are marked with a plus sign next to the visible title. By clicking the plus sign, you can see the underlying heading levels, text sections, and tables.
The headings that have been hidden in the Common report template are marked with gray color and have a dash over the text. You cannot unlock the hidden headlines and they will not be visible in the actual reporting. The reason they are included is that when the report template is copied to the next reporting date, the hidden headings can be unlocked and then included in the reporting.
If you want to clarify an instruction in the report template, you can add a supplementary instruction. You can do this on all titles, text sections, or tables. Both the usual guideline and the supplementary guideline become visible to the inrapporteurs.
For the instructions you make in the structure of the common template, you can also add an instruction from unit customization. Which then complements earlier instruction.
Instruction
- Click on sections in the report where you want to add a supplementary instruction.
- Type your text in the box Enhetsanpassad instruction.
- Click on the button Shoot At the bottom right.
In the unit template, you may have permission to hide certain headings. You may also have permission to choose if the title should be visible on the underlying units.
Titles that are allowed to hide are marked with a yellow flag
Click on the title and then tick or off the units to see the current heading. You can hide the title on your own unit, but keep it visible on the underlying units.
The title is now marked with a grey colour and will not be visible to the reporter. If there are underlying headers, they will also be hidden.
Here you can choose to either allow the contributors to add lines directly to the inrapporteringsläget, if so, check the box Allows you to add table rows at Reporting, or you add table rows yourself already in the template. To do this, click on the button Change table. You can then add rows by clicking the plus signs in the right-hand section. If you then want to reformat the cells in the newly added rows, click the buttons above the table.
You can supplement the template with unit-specific headings, text sections, and tables. The information you add will only affect the report template on your particular unit. However, the information you complete with the template cannot be entered anywhere but only at the end of the heading structures that are built into the common report template. The reason for this is that the basic report structure should be the same for all reporting entities, which will ultimately make it easier for the recipient of the reports to make comparisons between different entities.
Example:
In a template are the headlines: 1.1 Vision And 1.2 Affärsidé. When unit customization of the report template, you cannot add a title between the existing headings Vision And Affärsidé. A specific headline must be placed last, in this case as a heading 1.3.
Instruction
Title and Instruction
To add a new title, click on the button New title At the top left. Then name the title and add an instruction if you want. If you enter an instruction here, it shall refer to the entire main heading including any later added subheadings.
Add fixed text to the report
Here you can click to enter a text that will be present in all the finished reports that are based on the report template. The fixed text will not be editable in inrapporteringsläget.
(difference between fixed text and instruction Is that an instruction is something that the reporter relates to when she writes her text and the instruction itself does not appear in the finished reports. Fixed text appears in the finished reports and can be written already in the report template.)
Placement
The title you add automatically falls under the heading that's selected. The selected title appears in red text on the left. If you want the title to be repositioned, you can use Rullgardinslistorna Parent And Place before. You cannot place Enhetstillagda headers before headings that are added to the common report template.
Dölj Categories
Select the check box to hide a title when reporting. The function is used when a template should serve as a template over multiple reporting periods, but not all headers should be reported at all calender. It is therefore possible to hide or choose to display a particular title depending on the reporting you are in.
A hidden title remains in the content structure of the report template but is displayed in gray color. In the reporting, however, they will not be visible at all. When the report template is then copied to be used at the next reporting date, you can choose to show/hide the heading again.
Instruction
To add a text section, first select the title below which you want the text section to end, and then click the button Ny text.
Instruction
The instruction you enter here is directly connected to the text section when reporting.
Title
If you want, you can enter a title for the text section. The title you enter will appear as a heading above the text section of the finished report. However, the title will not appear in the TOC. Using the title above the text section can be a good way of acid reporting because it becomes extra clear for the reports what is expected to be reported in the section.
Teckenbegränsning
If you wish, you can set the maximum number of characters that can be reported in the text section. (typically contains a range of 80-100 characters.)
Placement

If you want the text section to be repositioned, you can use the Rullgardinslistorna Parent And Place before. You cannot place Enhetstillagda text sections before report parts that are added to the common report template.

Unfortunately, you cannot add unit-specific report parts. Therefore, this option is disabled when you are in the unit template. To add new report parts, do so in the report part. Then you have the option to hide it from the units where the report part information is not current.
"Use basic permissions" for a report title means that all contributors can report on the title. Instead, select "Use special permission for this report for heading will display a dialog box where you can search for users and set permissions.
In the entity template, you can set special permissions by heading level. This means that you can then specify a user and then what permissions the person should have on the header write, approve headers and/or send the entire report to Finished.
Tips: If it's the same people and permissions for all of the headings in the report, you'll most easily set specific permissions on the top header of the report, which will then be effective for all the underlying headings on the unit.
When you think the report template is complete and you want to make it active for reporting, click Enable For the unit-size report template. After you do this, you will be given a choice as to whether you want to alert the people who are authorized to write in the report. The notification is done by email.
Although you have enabled the template, you can continue to make changes to it. The changes will then be reflected in all of the report that is in Inrapporteringsläget. You should be restrictive with changes after the template has been activated. Changes in retrospect can lead to confusion among the reports and may also cause inscriptions to be lost.
