Why aren't documents displayed / why can't I upload documents?

Documents uploaded in text nodes (nodes visible on departments) are always displayed on all departments.

For documents uploaded in KPI's or activity nodes (follow up on several departments), there are two different settings:

1) Not consolidated: Documents can be uploaded at all departments levels and will only be visible on that department. The document tab will look like this:



2) Consolidated: Documents can only be uploaded on the top-level department and will then be visible on all underlying departments. The document tab will look like this:

Why aren't the documents that are uploaded in my node displayed?

Check the settings using the images.

If the setting is according to 1) above, you can find the document by switching to the device where the document is uploaded.

If the setting is according to 2) and no documents are visible, the setting has been changed since the document was uploaded on the device, so only documents from the top-level device are now displayed. By changing the setting back, the document can be found again.

Why can't I upload documents?

Check the settings using the images.

If the setting is according to 1) above, you lack the permission to upload documents on your device. Contact your administrator.

If the setting is according to 2), you need to be on the top-level device of the node to upload documents and have permission to modify the node at that level.
