As a user, you can get help from our manual, FAQ, Stratsys E-Learning, and your local contact persons. If you are authorized to contact support, you will also find contact details for your account manager and our support team.

If you, as a user of Stratsys, need help with the system, you can find answers to many questions in our Help Center, which is always available in the lower left corner of the system.

The Help Center may look slightly different depending on your user role, but you will always find our FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions), our manual, Stratsys E-Learning, and your local contact persons:

If you are an administrator, you may also have access to your contact person at Stratsys and the phone number for our support team.

In our searchable manual, you will find a section specifically designed for users.

If you can’t find the answer to your question in the manual, contact the person or people listed under "My Contacts." They will escalate your question or issue if needed, either internally or to Stratsys Support.

Stratsys Assistant

If your organization has access to our AI chatbot assistant, which can answer questions about system features, you will find it via the Communication drawer.
Please note that as a user, you may receive suggestions for actions you do not have permission to perform—in such cases, contact your administrator. See above for how to locate your contacts.
