To be released in early November
To meet increasingly high demands on layout and formatting and to make it easier to create tables in reports, we have developed a new type of report section. Dynamic table makes it easier to visualize information from the products in the platform by handpicking, for example, goals, key figures or risks and publishing in the table.
This development enables a whole new flexibility in being able to set up tables for comparing data from different key figures and from different units within the organization. With this development, we also support the official tables that apply to the EU taxonomy reporting in Sustainability Reporting.
We have improved the management of contact details so that you can now add more contact details. This ensures that important information about the Stratsys platform directly reaches the right person/persons at your company.
Tip:
Werecommend that you fill in the details as soon as possible so that important information from us finds its way to you. It is also important to find an internal procedure to keep the contact details updated over time.
Contact details are updated in the platform administration under "Language and contact". You can read more about the settings in our manual. If you have questions, you can also contact your contact person.

Here we communicate the major news and improvements that are continuously added to the workspace and object window. The functions are available in all products. Contact your account manager to get started!
To be released next week.
This improvement addresses long-standing feedback about horizontal scroll and the need to better overview the information in the workspace. There are already three different size modes in the workspace , which have worked slightly differently in thread and table mode.
Now we are changing the behavior of the size modes in table mode and making the information more compact and less airy, which means that users cannow choose the desired level of information density to better overview relevant information.
The middle mode is selected by default. It now always displays information up to a certain height, with the option to use 'Show more' buttons. In this way, the workspace as a whole becomes clearer, while at the same time it is possible to bring up more information if necessary.
In the most compact mode, the workspace content is displayed with only basic information. In this mode, the workspace as a whole is at its clearest, where you can always bring up more details if needed for a particular item.
In the expanded mode, you see all the information immediately but the workspace as a whole is not as clear, which is very much in line with the way the workspace looked before this improvement.
The window for creating, documenting and following up will soon be larger in order to facilitate work in the platform. The increased width makes it easier to document a lot of information or to manage links and distribution for, for example, the goal, activity or risk you are working on.
The flow for reviewing and approving reports, for example in Sustainability Management, is improved by clarifying who has approved a particular report. For data or comments that are approved, a box appears with information about who has approved and for what period it applies.
To facilitate and streamline the work in our products, we have now built support for copying, for example, goals, key figures or activities via the object window. When copying, a duplicate is created with the same settings and content. Previous reporting is not copied.

To be released on November 3
In August , we announced a new and more flexible authorization model for Forms, with the aim of making it even easier for you to tailor rights for different users in the work with checklists, not least in terms of access to the Forms library.
At the beginning of November, the new model will become standard. Since the new authorization model contains new opportunities to tailor rights about who has access to the Forms Library and in what form, the users who can currently administer templateswill automatically receive an authorization where they can only see/read the templates, in connection with the new authorization model becoming standard.
In order for these people to continue to be able to administer templates , you need to adjust their authorization from read to "Administer" so that they can continue to manage templates.
Read more about the new authorization model in the manual.
This development is included for customers who have signed an AI contract.
Especially in larger organizations, an entire checklist can consist of hundreds of comments. With many checklists, it can therefore quickly become a lot of information and thus difficult to summarize and absorb the results of the checklists.
To make it easier for you, we have therefore enabled summarization of comments and improved with the help of AI (Beta).
Summary of results and overview per question
Summary of all comments in the checklist.
Let's get started!
To start using the features, activate the 'Summaries' capability in the platform administration interface for 'Enabling AI'.

Automatic reminders for outgoing supplier certificates
To help our customers ensure that supplier certificates are renewed on time, we are launching automatic reminders to make the process smoother. 14 days before the expiry date, a CAR (Corrective Action Request) is automatically created for the specific certificate. Information about the expiring certificate is included in the CAR and the supplier contact person can directly upload a new certificate.
This feature is activated upon request by your Stratsys contact person.
