Get Help with your Tasks with Stratsys Assistant

This development requires you to have approved AI agreements.

Just before the summer, Stratsys Assistant gained the ability to answer questions about legal requirements/frameworks in most of our products. It has already been able to answer questions based on our manual and FAQ.

Now we have also taken the first step towards building AI agents into the assistant - a new type of AI that can act proactively by understanding what you want to do, suggesting next steps and even performing certain tasks for you.

This opens up great opportunities to simplify and streamline your work - always with safety and control in focus. The AI agent never acts without you as a user explicitly asking for it.

The first functions where Stratsys Assistant can support you are in the Do board and To do list. For example, you can ask the assistant to:

• Add a new card to a Do board
• Move cards between columns
• Show what you have on your To Do list next week

We will gradually add more AI agents to help you in even more parts of Stratsys.

The feature is released as a beta and can be used free of charge until the end of the year. Try it out and see how the Assistant can make your life easier!

To start using the features, you need to have approved our AI agreement. Then you will find the tab "AI" in the administration where you can activate the functions you want to use.

Improvements to the Communication Gadget

During the winter and spring, we have received some feedback on the communication gadget, which we have now made several improvements to, especially to make it easier to access the information directly:

• Images now open in a modal and are centered
• Links open directly in a new browser tab
• Instead of "Read more", you now go directly to the communication area

New View and Object Window

This development is included in the product license.

Here we communicate the major news and improvements that are continuously added to the new view and object window. The features are available in all products. Contact your account manager to get started!

Streamline Action Work with AI Support

During the summer, we have made significant improvements to Stratsys AI and its support for providing suggestions for actions and activities. We have increased the relevance of the suggestions by linking them to the specific context and product where they are generated. For example, you can now get suggestions for activities in the Sustainability Strategy that take into account the entire goal chain and the key figures specific to your business.

• Improved relevance and contextual understanding: Suggested actions and activities are now more relevant and tailored to the specific context and linkages of your business.
• More informative suggestions: AI support now provides suggestions for texts that can be documented in, for example, description fields, which facilitates planning and provides ideas for effective action work.
• More efficient planning: By customizing suggestions depending on the documentation required, planning becomes more streamlined and efficient.
  
  

These enhancements are designed to improve the user experience and efficiency of action planning, making it easier to plan and implement activities with the support of AI.

Improvements in the New Thread Mode

Before the summer, we announced Thread Mode - a brand new viewing mode in the workspace that helps you plan, follow up and overview goals, key figures, risks, sustainability data and much more - in all products!

With the help of the thread mode, you can clearly see how the objects are connected and get help to see both the whole and the details, and stay focused.

During the summer, we have made several minor improvements since the release of the thread mode, including

• Ability to see the entire target chain and how information is connected even when scrolling horizontally
• Ability to hide "empty" keywords in thread mode for consistency with other modes
• Further optimization of the width of the cards for even better overview of the object's information
• Performance improvements to make the mode even easier to work in

Overview Mode with the Possibility to Group on Three Levels

Last spring, we released an improvement to the overview mode that allows you to see all content for all groupings, which created an even better overview; especially at multiple levels.

Now we have released another improvement that strengthens the overview where it is now possible to group on up to three levels. For example, this can be used to strengthen the overview of compliance requirements in the Information Security Product as they can be overviewed based on requirement category, requirement source and chapter / area.

Easier to Find with Measure Settings in the Object Window

To increase the accessibility of the measure settings and gather everything in one place, the settings have been moved to a more accessible place in the object window. This in turn reduces the number of windows you as a user need to manage and makes the interface more user-friendly.

• New icon and entry point to access the settings at the top right of the object window
• Tables and charts have been repositioned, allowing you to work more efficiently across the screen

Easier Follow-up now also for Goals and Activities

To be released by August 27

Since before, it has been possible to easily follow up on measures and indicators using the quick follow-up that is available both in the to-do list and directly in the object window. Now we are also releasing support for following up, for example, goals and activities in a faster and easier way.

• Quick follow-up for text and activity items: Now you can quickly and easily follow up on goals and activities, making follow-up more efficient.
• Accessible via the To-Do list: With the quick follow-up directly in the list, it is easier to manage and follow up on all your tasks.
• Directly in the object window: Quick follow-up directly in the object window makes the follow-up experience more integrated and seamless.

Better Overview in the Object Window with New Layout

The object window now contains more detailed information in a quick overview at the top of the window. Here we will continuously add more information that is important to know for, for example, a goal, indicator or risk.

Forms

This development is included in the product license.

Increased Flexibility and Control with new Authorization Model

This development currently requires activation, please contact your account manager.

We have developed a new and more flexible authorization model for Forms in order to make it even easier for you to tailor rights for different users when working with checklists.

It is now possible to control what different users should be able to do both in terms of the Forms Library and answering checklists.

• Ability to control access to the Forms Library and its templates: By being able to choose which users should have access to the library, administer or view and export templates, checklist management becomes much smoother and you can more easily ensure that important templates are not deleted or changed
• Ability to better customize settings for different users: With increased granularity in the settings, you can better tailor how different users should work with checklists. For example, you can now set which device users should work on, whether they should be able to create or delete checklists, edit or only comment.
• Consolidated and unified permissions administration: As the settings have been consolidated with other permissions for Stratsys products for Planning and Operational work, it becomes easier to administer the products

Minor Improvements

During the summer, we have made some improvements in the Forms window to simplify the overview and results.

• Summary / questions have been given more space at drilldown in the filtering area, which gives a better overview.
• The result export has been brought more into focus by moving higher up in the multiple choice menu, which simplifies access
• The status and results overview is also now even easier to access with new buttons in the Forms window
  
  

Due Diligence

This development is included in the Due Diligence product license.

Sort Suppliers by "Spend"

You can now sort the supplier list by spend - total cost per supplier. This provides a better overview for risk management, cost control, negotiation and strategic decisions.
