Search engine
You can always export a report for the individual reporting entity that you are on in the Stratsys. However, if you want to compile information by heading or unit based on all reporting units, you need to use the search engine.
The Search engine allows you to easily and efficiently get the compilations of what different units have written around different sections. Instead of sitting with printed reports from different units and looking up the requested sections, or cutting and pasting from multiple word, you can select the sections you want to analyze and from which units. A summary report is then generated in a single document.
If you are going to write a compilation based on the writings of several units, the search engine is an effective tool. The search engine can also be used to create merged reports of several unit-size templates with common front page and table of contents.
You can find the search engine by clicking on the double arrow on the left side of a report, the report is then expanded to show additional functionality such as the search engine which is located in the top right corner.
Clear reports -reports that have been sent to finished in the reporting process see the image above

Select units and confirm your selection by clicking the button Next In the bottom right.
Step 2 – Grouping
Here are two different options for grouping the search results:
- Group the results by heading – The selected entities become master entities in the search results, and under them, the selected headings are displayed from the report template
- Include top-level Enhetstillagda headings -If you selected the option Grouping the results per unit So you get the opportunity to get the unit-size headlines that are on the top unit level, ie. The entity that the report template is created on.
- Grouping the results per unit -The selected headings from the report template become the main headings with the reporting text from each unit as subheadings.
