Enable Agent for each Workspace for improved control

This feature is included in AI license.

Previously, activating the Workspace Agent gave it access to all workspaces. Now we've made it possible to manage the Agent per Workspace, allowing you to choose where to use it, giving you more control.

  • More control: Control more granularly what the Agent has access to, Workspace by Workspace.

  • Increased relevance and utility: Better customize the Agent to your use cases and needs by activating it in workspaces with relevant content for maximum experience and utility of the Agent's capabilities.

  • Consistent and unified activation: By activating the Agent in a similar way to other features, it helps your overall overview of activated AI features.

In addition, a new capability - Analysis - has been added to the Platform, where both the Agent for Workspaces and the Analysis of follow-up Data (see next feature update below) now are linked to this new capability.

Activation
To use the Agent for Workspaces, you need an AI license and to have activated the AI capability Analysis in the Platform. You can then customize in which workspaces the Agent should be used in the AI administration in Stratsys.

For those of you who already use the Agent, no adjustments are required as it's activated for all Workspaces.

Custom prompt for AI analysis of follow-up data

This feature is included in the AI license.

Now you can add your own instructions (prompts) to the Analysis of Connected objects in the follow-up window. This makes the analysis more relevant and tailored to your needs - whether you want a short summary, a bulleted list, a specific format or to exclude certain elements from the analysis. You can either instruct directly from the start or generate an analysis first and add your own instructions.

  • Customize format and content: control e.g. length, structure (bulleted list/section), formatting and what to include or exclude in the analysis proposal

  • Flexible approach: choose between prompting yourself from the start or fine-tuning the generated analysis proposal

  • Reduced manual rework: the analysis proposal becomes more accurate and fits your use case directly and you reach the next step in your follow-up faster as both format and content are retained when copying the proposal to the text box

Activation
To use the feature, you need an AI license and to have activated the AI capability Analysis* in the Platform. You can then activate AI analysis of follow-up data per column in the AI administration.

For those of you who already use AI analysis for follow-up documents, no adjustments are required and you can use instructions (prompt) directly.

* As of today, the AI analysis of follow-up data function is no longer controlled by the platform setting for Summary but by Analysis.

New Workspace and Object Drawer

This development is included in Product License.

Here we communicate the major news and improvements that are continuously added to the Workspace and Object Drawer. The features are available in all products. Contact your Account Manager to get started!

List mode with Object drill-down

We are now launching List Mode - a new Workspace View mode for improved focus and overview of details. By focusing on each content at a time (for example, KPIs and risks respectively), you get better focus and overview of relevant details, including underlying departments' data for consolidated objects.

  • Focus on relevant object details: Get focus by overviewing all objects in a specific column, e.g. all risks or KPIs.
  • Overview and comparison: Get a better sense of status by overviewing all relevant data for a specific KPI with drill-down on underlying departments' data. Compare KPI's or risks effectively by expanding multiple objects simultaneously.
  • Ease of use and consistency: List mode follows the same pattern as other view modes where object properties provide an initial overview of status, and where drill-down presents the same information per object type in a consistent way across the platform; simplifying work, facilitating navigation and reducing the need for administration.

Just like the other View modes, List mode is presented in and accessable via the Workspace toolbar. This version includes Measurements and Risk objects, where activities will be released shorty as an improvement.

DMA: New overview of essential topics

This feature is included in the Sustainability Product License.

We are now launching a new visualization that provides a more tailored overview of the results of your Double Materiality Analysis (DMA). It gives you a clearer picture of which sustainability areas are most material - both in terms of your impact on the world around you and the risks and opportunities that can affect your business. This provides an increased focus on the right areas where the insights provide a stronger basis for decision-making.

  • Faster prioritization and focus: direct overview of which topics are most material and which are not

  • Better decision-making: facilitates translation of insights into strategy and business planning

  • Easier communication and buy-in: the clear overview facilitates communication of the results and in creating alignment between sustainability, risk, finance and operations

Activation

The visualization is included in the upcoming version of the Sustainability Product, released end of February. To use it, you need a Sustainability Product License and to be using the Materiality calculation formulas.

Updated size toggles for a better overview

We have updated the Workspace size toggles to improve readability and accessibility, reduce horizontal scrolling and give users more control over how much information is displayed.

Size toggles have been harmonized between Thread and Table mode, and objects are now presented similarly in both modes, making it easier to read information. We have also simplified by reducing the amount of toggles from three to two sizes - Compact and Spacious - to make it easier to choose the right level of information.

  • More efficient use of space: less need for page scrolling and a more compact overview

  • Customize the amount of information: quickly toggle between overview and details, depending on your current needs

  • More consistent experience: same behavior in Thread and Table mode facilitates understanding and use

Compact mode displays basic object information for maximum overview. In Spacious mode, you see all object information, such as texts and diagrams, expanded as default. The Workspace also remembers which Size toggle you as a user last used.

Move objects to other departments easily and smoothly

It's now possible to change the main department for, for example a goal, KPI or activity, directly from the Object drawer. This feature makes it easy to move objects between departments in the organization and provides better support when planning or when goals and risks need to be moved. This only applies to objects that have not yet been distributed or objects that have more objects connected to them.

  • Easier planning by quickly moving objects to the right department
  • Greater flexibility when objectives or risks change over time

You'll find the feature under "Distribution" in the Object drawer which is available to users with permission to change. Only objects that have not yet been distributed can be moved, and there needs to be something that the object can be connected to on the new department.

Upcoming
Soon it will be possible to move entire object chains, such as risks with connected actions, to other departments.

Support for prefixes in the Measurement settings

A small novelty is that the new Object drawer and associated measurement settings now also support prefix management. You find the setting in the measurement data column settings.
