New workspace and Object drawer

This development is included in product license.

Here we communicate the major new features and improvements that are continuously added to the workspace and object drawer. The features are available in all products. Contact your Account Manager to get started!

Support for activity data in List mode with drill-down

Last month we launched List Mode - a new view mode in the workspace for focus and overview of details, with support for risk and measurement objects. Now we have increased support for additional object types by adding activity data, now offering complete support for all consolidated object types.

The list mode is displayed together with the other view modes in the workspace toolbar.

Adjustable columns for a more compact workspace

We now allow each individual user to adjust the widths of the workspace to their liking. The aim is to enable an even more compact workspace where the user's choices are saved per session.
On the same theme, we have also introduced a "ghost column" - a common way to meet needs for compactness. The extra column helps to compress the content of the workspace. The more data, the less width the ghost column takes.

Activation: The update is automatically available to all users and requires no configuration or setup.

Connections - easier grouping and better overview

We have improved the interface in the connection section where you connect, for example, risks and objectives to different parts within or between products. The update makes it easier to group and find your way around possible connections - especially in complex Information security and GRC structures.

Only relevant grouping columns are now displayed, reducing clutter and making the section clearer. It is also possible to clearly list items that are only connected to the governance model, the product, and have no other connections.

You find the feature in the connection section in the object drawer.

Move objects, incl sub-objects, between departments 

Released by March 12

We are now extending the possibility to change the main department for e.g. goals, KPIs, activities and risks directly in the object drawer. In addition to moving the object itself, you can now also move the entire chain of connected objects, such as related risks and actions.

This makes it easier to adapt the structure when the organization changes or when objectives and risks need to be repositioned. This feature applies to objects that are not yet distributed.

  • Faster planning by easily moving objects to the right department
  • Increased flexibility when objectives, KPIs or risks change over time
  • Increased efficiency with the ability to move entire connections, including associated risks and actions

To use the feature, go to the object drawer and the "Distribution" section.There you can change the main department.

Activation: The update is automatically available to users with permission to change objects. Please note that only objects that are not fully distributed can be moved, and that there needs to be an object to connect to on the new department.

Due Diligence

This development is included in the Due Diligence product license.

Intil integration for in-depth cyber risk analysis

The Intil integration gives you direct access to in-depth cyber risk data in DD. In addition to the benchmark, you can now perform an extended search (type 2 in Intil) for more detailed analysis of the supplier's risk exposure.

  • Gain deeper insights into confidentiality, integrity and availability
  • Strengthen decision-making in cyber and third-party assessments
  • Identify risk drivers in areas such as data breaches, fraud and ransomware

The service uses 100 + 250 credits per extended search.

Activation: The feature is activated by a system administrator via contact with Stratsys support and requires configuration.

Clearer status when SAQ/CAR has not reached the recipient

Now you can see immediately when a SAQ or CAR invitation has not reached the recipient. The new status makes it easy to identify failed mailings and act without delay.

  • Filter and follow up on affected cases quickly
  • Reduce the risk of delayed responses and process downtime

Improved context and communication to supplier

When you send a CAR to a supplier, a summary with clear context around the original question and the supplier's response is now automatically included. This creates a more complete and professional dialog from the start.

  • Save time with a pre-filled and relevant summary

CAR - Risk information directly in the case

When you create a deviation or CAR from a SAQ, you now see the associated risk information directly in the case. You get full context without having to leave the workflow.

  • Ensure a more consistent assessment of identified risks

Automatic language selection based on the contact's preference

For follow-up questions and reminders for discrepancies and CARs, the language is now automatically adapted to the contact's selected language in the contact card. If the language is not supported, English is used by default.
