New View and Object Window

Here we communicate the major news and improvements that are continuously added to the new view and the new object window. The functions are available in all products.Contact your contact person at Stratsys to get started!
The logging of changes that occur in, for example, a goal, key figure or activity has been expanded and improved and it is now much easier to find specific events.
Selecting risks, KPIs or measures from other governance models or products into the platform has now become easier thanks to a new interface for selecting or copying objects.
The section for managing links in the object window, both when changing and adding a new object, has been given a completely new look where it is now easy to find, for example, the right risk, information quantity or measure to select.
Expand/Move the Object Window for Better Overview

Thanks to valuable feedback from our users, we have taken the interface to new heights. To both facilitate documentation of a lot of information and create a better overview, it will soon be possible to open the object window in an expanded mode. It will also be possible to move and minimize the window to better understand the context of the view.

This development is included in the Sustainability product license.
Within the Sustainability product, it is now possible to copy reported data for measures from the previous to the current reporting period in the quick follow-up.
The function has been developed to streamline the work of, for example, sustainability controllers in cases where data does not differ between reporting occasions and is desired to be reused, for example in connection with the double materiality analysis.
In a first step, the function is only available for the Sustainability product and in the quick follow-up of measures, but is built to be developed further for use in other products as well.
Improved Overview at Multiple Grouping Levels
We have improved the overview in the view at multiple grouping levels, making it easier to get a total overview of where you stand, for example with your risks or goals. Previously, only content linked to the lowest grouping level was shown, for example sub-processes. Now, all content linked to the selected grouping levels is shown instead , for example, even the risks that are directly linked to a process.
To ensure that the overview is still maintained, the information linked to the top level is shown minimized with the possibility to extract additional information.
We have visually enhanced the planning work in the new view to minimize unnecessary work. Now it is not possible to add items to a unit if it has been marked as deleted in the planning version, and this is also visually indicated both in the organization selector and the global plus button.

To provide even more secure and comprehensive business verification, we now use Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) as the standard for verifying business data in most of the world. This means that you, as a user, can trust that the companies you deal with are properly verified - quickly and securely.
At the same time, we're ensuring that businesses in the Nordics continue to get the best local information through Proff. This update means that you get higher data quality and a better basis for decision-making - no matter where the companies are located.
To make it easier to manage supplier evaluations from multiple perspectives, such as sustainability and cybersecurity, we now introduce content tagging. This means you can mark up e.g. SAQs, risk assessments and site visits with topic-specific tags.
Tagging makes it easier to filter and find the right content, whether you are working with ESG Due Diligence, Cyber Due Diligence or future assessment products. It creates a smoother work process and strengthens the possibilities to combine and reuse content.
We are modernizing the set of icons in the platform to create a more unified and contemporary look. The new design doesn't affect how anything works - just how it looks. All functionality is as usual, but with a slightly cleaner look.
